This program is designed for pet owners experiencing financial hardship with the goal of keeping pets in their current homes. Through recent donations, we are able to provide free dog and cat food to households that may be in need of temporary assistance.

Please note: Our Pet Food Pantry shelves are stocked solely by donations and supplies are limited.  Food is available on a first come, first served basis.

We are always in need of the following items*:

• Wet & dry cat food

• Wet & dry dog food

• Cat litter

• Small animal food pellets 

• Dog & cat treats

Donations can be either dropped off here at the RI SPCA, located at 155 Plan Way, Warwick RI or shipped directly from Amazon or any online retailer.

*bags of donated food must be unopened.
