RHODE ISLAND SPCA
Working Cats Program
Our “Working Cats” are not typically suited to be house pets. Many prefer the company of other cats, rather than humans. They would love to spend their lives helping you control the rodent population in your barn, warehouse, mill, garden, marina, or business.
The Rhode Island SPCA offers an environmentally safe alternative to poisonous controls with a “Working Cat.” All they ask for in return is shelter, food, water, and care. The cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested, flea treated, and have no adoption fee.
Best of all, when you give our Working Cats a job, you’re saving the lives of homeless pets who otherwise would not be suitable for adoption.
For information please email Cathy, RISPCA Cat Program Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you are looking for a Working Cat.
