SURRENDER A PET
The Rhode Island SPCA accepts pets whose owners are no longer able to keep them.

ANIMAL CRUELTY INVESTIGATIONS
The RISPCA is the only non-profit animal rescue organization in the state that is able to investigate animal cruelty cases. To report abuse, contact our Law Enforcement Agent, Earl Newman, at cruelty@rispca.com or (401) 438-8150, x2.
We are not an emergency response agency, so please call the police if an animal is in imminent peril.

HARDSHIP BOARDING
Our hardship boarding program exists to assist pet owners during unexpected times of transition such as temporary homelessness or hospitalizations that may not allow them to stay with their pets. Please fill out a Hardship Boarding Application if you need temporary boarding for your pet. Inquiries can also be made by calling 401.438.8150 x108

HUMANE EDUCATION
The Rhode Island SPCA is excited to offer the following programs geared toward elementary and middle school children. To schedule a virtual classroom visit with our Humane Educators and some of our animals please send an email to HumaneEducation@rispca.com.
