• Judges will only evalute costumes of registered participants! Upon registration you will receive a numbered "bib" allowing the judges to see who is registered.
• You do not need to register for a particular contest catagory. Judges will catagorize their votes for winners during the judging process.
• ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES DURING THIS EVENT! This is a rule of Goddard State Park, please help us respect their wishes so that we may continue to hold our events at the park.
• Rabies vaccinated dogs only! If your dog does not have a current rabies tag, please be sure to carry proof of rabies vaccination with you at the event.
