Thought I'd send you an update on Snowball, the gorgeous DLH cat we adopted in September. After a somewhat rocky start (due to a nasty upper respiratory infection), she gradually recovered and learned the household routine.

She has declared herself the Alpha cat and settled in very nicely. She and our other cat spend the day in the normal cat manner: eating, napping, chasing the laser mice, napping, eating, chasing the various other interactive cat toys and sleeping. What a life!! She spends as much time as possible on any available lap, soaking up the adoration heaped upon her. We have several window seats and faux fur thermal core mats that she l-o-v-e-s to sleep on, especially in the cold weather. She particularly likes curling up in the top "bed" of the cat tree in our living room, where she can look upon her kingdom.

Now that her fur has mostly grown back in, she looks even more beautiful than when we adopted her!!
