Abbie, a 4-year old female Bullmastiff, is loving her new home in East Greenwich. We kept her name because we like it so much! She's been awesome to have around and is certainly keeping us active these cool nights... Abbie needs her evening walks for sure!  She's settled right into a lazy lifestyle in our old farm house and is doing fine with managing the steep staircase. She parades around the old farmstead any chance she gets and is very obedient when we take her off the leash for some serious play time in the yard. She must have been with a great family before we got her because she's very, very well trained and has been such a great joy to have around.

Weighing in at a whopping 98 pounds, she had a full check up by our vet last week and she received a clean bill of health. Abbie has been introduced to all our family members and gets along with everyone - - especially her "cousin" Rufus, a 6 year old Boxer rescued by Brian's family a few years back. All of our nieces and nephews love her and she's welcome everywhere we go. Riding in the car appears to be one of her favorite things to do. We haven't met anyone that hasn't loved her at first sight!!
